Enquiries and appointments

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a booking. An appointment exists only once the salon has confirmed it with you directly. Where an appointment is arranged, please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel it — longer appointments occupy a significant part of the day.

Payments

No payment is taken through this website. Please ask the salon which payment methods are currently accepted when you book.

Beware of fraud. We will never ask you to send bank details, card numbers or payment by transfer through this website or by email. If you receive a message claiming otherwise, do not act on it — telephone the salon on +44 20 7732 5946 to check.
